Dr. Durant signed a Letter of Intent between TPS, Owens Community College, and the University of Toledo, to collaborate on future educational opportunities to be offered at the Scott Park Campus.
No timeline has been established. This follows a feasibility study which shows a need for Owens Community College to have a physical presence in the City of Toledo.
