KID MAYOR AT GROUNDBREAKING

Grove Patterson Academy's Gabrielle Mukiira put on her hard hat as Toledo Kid Mayor to take part in the groundbreaking ceremony yesterday for the new Wayman D. Palmer Community YMCA. She joined Toledo Mayor Wade Kapszukiewicz and other dignitaries to put their ceremonial shovels into action.
