TPS is holding its Holiday Hope Drive between now and December 20, to collect items to be donated to Family House, Toledo’s only shelter for homeless families.
Needed items include: toilet paper, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dish soap and cleaning products, as well as personal care items such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, toothbrushes and toothpaste.
Donated items can be dropped off at: Bowsher, Rogers, Scott, Start, Waite and Woodward High Schools, and also at the TPS Administration Building.
Through the district’s McKinney Vento Team, more than 700 families have been enrolled in the TPS Housing Stabilization Program.
