The Aerospace and Natural Science Academy of Toledo will be hosting a courtesy flight for Mark Diebert, a TPS student who recently suffered serious injuries in an accident and was unable to attend the ANSAT Aviation Open House event held back in September.
Mark is an eighth grade student at Harvard Elementary and is facing a long road to recovery, but he’s determined to not let it affect his education. He has been accepted to attend ANSAT for the 2024-25 academic year.
TPS CEO/Superintendent Dr. Romules Durant met Mark at the ANSAT hangar when preparing to take his flight, as a way to offer encouragement and support.
