The Lady Rams of Rogers High School are in the Final Four of the state basketball tournament after beating Bellevue 58-53 Friday night.

In the Division II regional championship at Ontario High School, junior Sydney Petty scored 15 points to lead the team in scoring. The Lady Rams finished the game without junior guard Akienreh Johnson, who went down with a knee injury in the third period.

The school plans a pep rally on Thursday at 10 a.m. to send the team off to Columbus in style. The Lady Rams (24-5) will play in the Division II state semifinals at 3 p.m. Friday at Ohio State’s Schottenstein Center in Columbus. Tickets for the game against West Branch are on sale now through Thursday, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., in the school's main office. In addition, they will be on sale from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.

The boys' basketball team from Scott High School played tough on Saturday, but ended up losing to Defiance, 44-37. We are proud of how hard the Bulldogs played all season.
