The federal No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act requires that any local school district receiving Title I funds must notify parents that they may ask about the professional qualifications of their child’s classroom teacher.  You may direct any questions to your child’s principal.

Ready to Learn in the new School Year
The beginning of a new school year has begun.  A time to learn new things, have fun learning and make new friends.  Children may experience anxiety about the beginning of the school year.  They may be fearful of attending a new school, having a different teacher or leaving their summer routine at home.  Assure your child that he/she will see children they know and/or meet children their age with the same interests.   Assure your child he/she will be safe, learn many new things and have fun.
